SSUA will be hiring lecturers for the positions of professor and assistant professor, in compliance with regulations numbered 2547 and 2914 of the Council of Higher Education in Turkey. The candidates are required to hold the minimum requirements for Turkish state officials.
The candidates are expected to submit their CVs, list of academic and scientific works (theses, essays, books, etc) along with the necessary documents - within 15 days of the announcement of this post in the Official Gazette. Applicants with the title of professor are expected to provide six copies of their documents, while applicants holding the title of assistant professor should provide four copies.
Professors will be appointed to permanent posts.
Assistant professors are required to be successful in the language exam as stated in article 2, number 23 of law no.2547.
Required Documents:
2. CV, list of academic and scientific works (theses, essays, books, etc). Professors should provide six copies of each document, assisstant professors should provide four copies of each document.
3. Graduation certificate for the following degrees: graduate, MA, PhD along with associate professorship documents for associate professorship and professorship (attested).
4. Language Proficiency Document
5. 2 recent photos
6. Photocopy of ID card
7. For male candidates, military service document (original or attested version)
8. Service duration document for any candidate that is currently working as a state official or has previously worked for the state. worked.
NOTE:
1- School can attest documents if originals are provided.
2- Candidates are permitted to present electronic versions (via CD or DVDs) of their scientifc works (theses, essays, books, etc) listed in their application form on the condition that they provide a written list of their scientific works and present their application file as a complete set in the first application.
3- Overseas doctorate or associate professors should bring accredited and attested documents by the Interuniversity Commission.
4- Candidates for professorship should specificy their main scientific research.
